What's going on?

Hi Everyone! I thought we'd finally update the Colyn family blog as it has not been changed since 2006. Times are a changing.
We will try some new things to keep everyone interested and to maintain some sense of order around here. There is some social media integration for posts to be shared through Facebook, Twitter, etc. A Search function, so make sure you add labels to your posts for future reference.
Please be patient the next little while if things move around a bit, and be sure to let me know if you like or dislike whats going on.

Sunday Dinner

Anyone want to get together to share a meal this Sunday?

Hopefully the weather will be nice and we can sit by the fire or go for a walk.

We are thinking about eating by around 4 but feel free to come whenever.

Give us a call and we can talk about who wants to bring what.

We'll be sharing apple cider, pork roast with apples,

apple sauce and an apple crumble.

(Yes, we had a bumper crop of apples this year.)

We hope some of you can make it!

October is Beautiful!

Grey Cup Game and Open-House at Jake's

Wow, this has been an incredible year of House Renovations!

We are now ready to host an event ... so please join for the

Grey Cup Game - Sunday November 27th.

Game starts at 3:00 p.m., but come early to buy into the

Football Pool (25 cents/square) and to get a good seat.

Please bring a Salad or Dessert to share at half-time - dinner.
