
Some of you were asking how I did the potatoes. Here's a run down.
Cut up potatoes. Put into large bowl and microwave for 10-12 minutes.
Toss extra virgin oil or grapeseed oil all over them. Spice up with seasoning salt, pepper, roasted pepper and garlic spice, thyme, rosemary, basil, and whatever else you may find in your cupboard. I believe in letting it rip with the herbs and spices.Be creative!
Bake at 400 for 1 hour.
