What's going on?

Hi Everyone! I thought we'd finally update the Colyn family blog as it has not been changed since 2006. Times are a changing.
We will try some new things to keep everyone interested and to maintain some sense of order around here. There is some social media integration for posts to be shared through Facebook, Twitter, etc. A Search function, so make sure you add labels to your posts for future reference.
Please be patient the next little while if things move around a bit, and be sure to let me know if you like or dislike whats going on.

Cats N Bats

Last night as the sun was setting Treena and I were sitting
on the back deck and a bat came flying all around us.
While Treena and I were ducking so we didn't get nailed by
the critter, our cat, Dasher, launched himself into the air
and caught the bat in mid flight. Pretty amazing.

A huge thank you to Aliza and Corrie for helping to coordinate the big 50th bash. What would our family be without those two girls? I am so glad everyone could make it to PA. Also, thank you Jake and Mitzie for hosting us all on Sunday. Hopefully we didn't wear your trampoline out too much.

And of course, thanks to Mom and Dad for bringing each of us into the world and for still putting up with us oddballs.

Mom we hope you are getting some relief and will be feeling much better soon. We love you!

Howdy Y'all!!

Hi Gang, and greetings from Nashville. It has been a great week here in the music city - but it is so blinkin' hot! 90+ degrees. I've never seen so many Dolly Parton look alikes, cowboy boots and guitars in my life. Anyways, looking forward to seeing y'all on the weekend.

Sent some through the auction tuesday.. fair price.
Any family members who stop by our nursery
